Hi Stacey, You can download them in any order you like, so long as they are all on the sd card for the MPower or a cf card for the other units.
I downloaded a key first, the loader second, and then the nk.bin last. No particular reason except that the first two are small files and download in a second or two while the nk.bin is a larger one and will take longer depending on the type of internet connection you have.
