Hi:
There are several advantages.
1. More storage space on the Flash disk
2. USB ports, works w/ USB printers which most are, and also can use
thumb drives to pass info to and from her BN to her teachers' computers
3. Can use the Bluetooth visual display w/ a Bluetooth PC or a Palm
Pilot so her teachers can see what she's doing.
4. Calculator now handles fractions, will be helpful in math class.
5. The MPower will be where most of our major upgrades occur, especially
sense it's the next generation of Mpowers, so basically, it will be
improved upon a lot. It's a good investment, especially for when she
hits middle school.
6. Also, her electronic text books can be read on the MPower using voice
or the Braille display. If you have her as a member of book share or of
NLS, she can download books and read using her MPower, will help improve
her spelling BTW.

Subject: [Braillenote] mPower

Can anyone tell me what the major advantages of an mPower over a
Braillenote BT32 would be for a 2nd grader?

Thanks!

Michelle
