[Braillenote] Question about zipped file for mPower Keysoft 7 upgrade files

HI Listers:

I am wondering whether the zipped file for the BrailleNote mPower Keysoft 
7.0 upgrade files is actually a zipped file.  the size looks bigger than a 
zipped file would -- a zipped file normally compresses the files  within 
it.  The zipped file doesn't look any smaller than the two *.bin files.
