Yes, from explorring, I was in windows, and then I didn't go to programs, that and also installing the Key Soft 7 worked. I in a different e-mail wrote about needing to use the pound sign for call waiting, I have had different things suggested, and am not sure what one is the correct one. Jonathan Mosen sent a reply to Jos `e about what it was, but it was ran together and I couldn't make sense of what he meant.
Don't mean to be a bother, but maybe someone could help me outL!

as you were talking about the 5MB disk from Sandisk.  Also, regarding the
format utility, are you looking for it in the windows directory of the
KeySoft system disk?  There should be a utility there that says prepare SD
card for upgrade.
