Hi list: I am providing a brief description of the new support information mode options for the BrailleNote mPower below. Please note that it is not recommended that you use this mode, unless you are speaking with a Humanware support representative and it should be used only as directed by them. This is for informational purposes only:
new options: K is a low current charge that lasts for 16 hours, and was implemented to attempt to resolve previous battery issues that no longer exist. This is called a forming charge. Y continuous cycle which charges/discharges the battery until interrupted by the user. W is a deep discharge cycle - takes the voltage down to 6V not 6.5V as would usually be the case. H - hibernate - WILL LOSE RAM CONTENTS!!
