Hi. I also do not have a flash card reader, just the BN itself. I took a
chance that the card on which Humanware sent 6.11 was formatted
properly. It was. I deleted enough stuff from that card that I could load
the product key and the BN classic upgrade, with some space to spare for
temp files. I transfered everything to the card from my pc using active
sync, and started the upgrade. It worked just fine. So, with no card
reader, and some old stuff still on the 6.11 card, the upgrade still worked
just fine.
