I am not trying to be rude, but have you read any of the manual?  It seams like 
a lot of your questions could be answered if you would just sit down and read a 
little.  I have found it is best to take one subject, such as the address book, 
at a time.  Get it down pat, before you jump to another topic.  You seam to be 
repeating your questions over and over.  Remember, most of us work and can not 
answer you right away.  This list serve is not like asking a teacher in class.  
Think about some of the things I have said and slow down.  
You can get the manual from the HW site or read it right on your machine.
