Yes, it was the error message I was mainly pointing out.

I believe you have found a limitation of databases not a problem with your
keylist or keybase database. The first and last names are used for the sort
order of records and if nothing is in them it simply doesn't know what to do
with that record. Someone can correct me if I am wrong about this. If you
want a company name instead maybe you could put that in the first or last
name field. It's an irritating fact of how things work, but a work around
can be found. I think I put service, company, or organization in one of the
name fields and the actual name in the other when I have had to work around
the issue of companies not having a first or last name. Alternitively you
could make a new database that would be exclusively for company names and
would not have a field for first or last name. I suppose that wouldn't sync
with outlook, though, so you may not like that idea.

I have another issue with the address list on the braille note.

  1. add a new address
  2. leave the first name and last name fields blank.
3 fill in some other fields
  4. hit escape and choose yes to save it and listen to the error message it
says a bunch of letter and numbers in stead of you need to enter something
in the first or lastname field to save the address.
  Using version 7.0

Not sure I understood this right. Do you mean if you press a
from the m'in menu, and choose to say look up an address, it
asks which file your addresses are in? If that's the case, mine
  isn't doing that.
