Sarah, yes, those files in braille.org are brf files. I went on there with my voice note 5.00 and downloaded books with no problem.
It was simple. Now there is a bit of a catch. I transferred the book file to my books. When I opened the book, it was stored in mybooks chapter by chapter. No big deal really. I enjoyed the books I received. Do I know who owns that site? No. Do I know how often it's updated? No. I think there are mainly older books. Check it out. If you do it with a braille note, just follow the promts and common sense.
