[Braillenote] Upgrading to 7.0

Hey List, 
i havent taken the  oppurtunity to upgrade to 7.0 yet but i was wondering if 
the only way that i can upgrade on my mPower is by using a Sd card or can i use 
other cards such as: compact flash cards or even thumb drives perhaps?
