I'd love to take your suggestion and mail Maurice, but my emails keep being
returned. I've used the links provided on this list and on the web site.
Obviously one got through, since I had a message from Maurice, but I was
unable to reply to that. I just tried again, using the link provided as an
answer for Dan, but the message came back again! It's a bit like pounding on
a door and not getting an answer, even though you know there's a party going
on inside!
Any suggestions would be so appreciated!

Write to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tell them who you are, where you got your BN
and what time of year it was purchased. I gave Maurice this information
since my serial number wasn't showing as valid and he found my information
and corrected the serial number which was not in his information
correctly. Needless to say, I got my upgrade last night and all is well.
I'd suggest you do the same thing.
