Dear Dean, thanks for your message. I apologize for even raising the hardware issue! You see, a deaf-blind friend was told, by Tech Support, that if she didn't have the correct hardware rivison, she would need to send her unit back to them! I've informed her to look again. It seem the notation on the rivision doesn't have a letter sign before the letter c and that can be confusing to some. Again thank you for your time and patience. KC
