I am reporting a bug that has been in previous versions of Keysoft and I
was hoping it would be fixed in Keysoft 7 but it wasn't. It involves the
use of the wildcard character in file management functions (copy, erase
for example). when I want to copy allthe files in a folder , or erase the
files in a folder (using confirm) and type an asterisk at the Filename
prompt, the asterisk never shows up on my braille display. (I had the
classic BN and now have the mPower.) when I finally called BN tech
support about it, they confirmed that it doesn't show up on the braille
display even though it gets spoken and said a few other deaf-blind people
had called about it. Sicne i'm deaf-blind and can't use the speech
feature, I'm out of luck.
I hope Humanware will fix this for the next Keysoft release.
