Hi Rose, Well, I'm betting you would need to do so. For, if you got an mPower transplant, then I'm thinking you probably got the software disk for that transplant running KeySoft 6.2. And, KeySoft 7.0 does require the newer version of KeySync. I just installed it a few minutes ago. I want to be sure I understand this, I got my mPower transplant a couple of weeks ago and used the key sync on the disk, now, is it best if I download the one from the 7 web page? It is no problem, just that I did not pick it up the other night. I have not tried to since in the past couple of days, there just aren't enough hours for me to work and play lately.
