Thanks for trying to enlighten me Sarah! (smile, that is a tall order!) What I've done is to create some folder in my E-Mail, such as "BNlist." I want to get these files (e-mails) onto a flash card before I get the KS7.0 ugrade. Rhonda Clark did send instructions and they worked. It just took forever, because I have at least 5 added folders that I want to get onto a PCa card. I suspect that I'll just have to grin and bear with the load of E-Mail mesasges (in folders) that need to be moved. Thanks for your patience. KC
