Hi Pam,
I think something is wrong there for sure.
I certainly should not be getting that with a small bookshare book. I believe it's a bug.

That is a possibility I'm afraid. Because come to think of it, I
never got that (failed to download" message with 6.2 either and
I've gotten it several times with 7 also.

Subject: [Braillenote] Failed to download in KS 7

Hi all,
I was trying to download a bookshare book today and received the
failed to download message. I freed memory by doing a j k l or
4 5 6 reset on a bt. I was able to get the book then. I thought
I'd trying using my mpower to go and get part of Jonathan's
tutorial that I hadn't listened too yet. I received the same
message, failed to download and only had a few seconds of the
section I was trying to get. With the bookshare book, it was
only 89 kb. It showed a file there the first time, but I figured
I hadn't gotten all of it so freed the memory and wnet to get it
again. Does anyone from hw have any idea why this might be
happening? I never got failed to download messages in ks 6.2.
Could this be a bug or something?
Thanks for listening.
Well, I'm off to enjoy more of KS seven.Stacey and Amigo
