Hi Pam and List,
Try your network card in the side slot if you are putting it in
the back slot presently or do the opposite if you have it in the
side slot presently. I'd say it is a card problem. I use the
SanDisk WY Fi Card and I'm able to get into the NLS site with no
difficulty whatsoever. It sounds like an intermintent network
connection to me, or maybe it is your phone line.
My wife is threatening to steal my Wy Fi card away (grin smile).

Hi,
In addition to the frequent "failed to download" messages, I'm
having a problem getting to the NLS online catalog website from
web braille. It says "page not found" so I had assumed it was
being updated, but after reading Stacey's message about downloads
I tried the online catalog again and still couldn't get there.
So I went and tried it on my PC and it isn't the web page,
because I was able to access it with the PC with on problem.
Anybody else having a problem accessing this site?
