No, you're right. Infocom is basically abandonware because if one thing has
consistantly been shown about Activision it's that they don't care about
good games. Anyway, you can get pretty much all of them from home of the
underdogs, but it's very annoying to have to get them one by one. Or, you
know, you can torrent them,but I couldn't find one the lsst time I checked.

I don't think those old Infocom games are available anymore, more's the
pity. At least, not on my side of the pond. I phoned Activision in
Australia (we don't have an office here in Aotearoa) a few weeks ago as

read of a re-release while trawling the web for them. However, I was
unequivocally told that nothing had been heard from activision in the
US,
even though I keep hearing otherwise.
Of course, I'd be delighted to be misinformed on this one, as I'd love to
get hold of them for the BN.
