This is Mike Barnard, last weekend I wrote for some help with call waiting. After trying many things, this is what works with the (bt) keyboard and the voice note empower. When you get to the phone number in setting up the modem press, (backspace, dots 245) then the phone number with either the (ch) sign for star, or (dots 3456) for the pound sign and use dot 6b for the comma and it works. Of course the phone company I have has to have (70#) for call waiting. But last night I had time to work with it. Thanks everyone for all the suggestions.
