Hi all, Boy, I hope there is someone out there that can tell me what i am doing wrong. I have a word file that I have used activesync to send it to my braillenote. I am using windows xp pro. Braillenote keysoft 6.1 On my braillenote I go to open the pwd file. It says review the options. I say yest it says translate into braille. I say yes and then e chord Then I get the progress beeps and they never stop until i reset. What am I doing wrong? Thanks so much
