Sandi, if you go to the file manager, pressing F, T, then I for import, you will see "import from which device?" Then you see, "press Enter for file. Then, you are asked "import file from which drive?" Select your drive, folder, and file. Then, you are asked about importing into Braille? Press Y for yes. You are then asked which drive, folder and file you want the file imported to. Make that selection, and press Enter. Good luck.
