jonathan, the pk install wanted me to put a file that did not
exist and i finally realized the file by braillenancexe. this
was very confusing to me as we were told to be very careful.

Hi Barbara, thanks for these comments. I very much take on board
your
comment about the instructions being audio-centric, however the
upgrade
process is most certainly possible by using Braille exclusively.
The tones
etc provide reassurance for those who can hear them, but it isn't
necessary to be able to hear them in order to complete the
upgrade.
