So if I did a different address to send out with then I wouldn't have the same problem? Also when you have a third address, do you have to share with the provider what you have?

If I am understanding what you're saying Jim, I don't think this is
BrailleNote related. Some ISPs have a form of authentication which
requires you to receive messages before you can send them. It then
registers that IP address as being valid to connect to the SMTP server for
a given period.
