Subject: [Braillenote] 4.1

Hi, Phil:

If the regular reset didn't work to restore 4.1, or 4.2, you may have a problem. When you're on the Humanware site, you can go to downloads. You need to go past all of the new updates, and you'll see the 4.2. The first one is the release notes. Then you'll see "details". Continue to the next one. The problem is, it is a zipped file, and you would need to unzip it on your computer. You used to be able to change the extension to a dot exe, but you can't do that any more. Good luck.
