Hi, I did the 1,2,3 and c3c4 reset, then executed the braillenote upgrade.exe.

what i did was copy three files to the compact flash card. i formaed it to fat, i copied the key, braillenote upgrade.exe and nk.nbo file. i installed the key, and executed the nk.nbo file. after it said reset the device, i did the c1-c4 reset. my next curiosity is which reset to use? c3-c4 only does not work at this point. should i do the 123 c3-c4? or the 456 c3-c4 reset? is c2 ever used to reset? hmm....
