Can this database be modified? I mean, can I add fields to it
and give it to others who may want it? Also, want me to that
through and proofread and/or fix the help messages?

I encluded the notes field/file to put in any information about
the account that doesn't really have a field for it. I wanted to
make it as flexible as possible and couldn't figure out what all
people might want to write. There are also things you might want
to enter that don't really work wonderfully in a database, so the
file is a catch-all place for it. I hope that works for most
people.
I am noticing that it sure is hard to type well with a cat
between you and the keyboard. LOL

If anyone wants the same type of database for bank and credit
card accounts, but instead for keylist, I can put it up or send
it, but of course that is less well made due to the constraints
of the old system for creating keylist databases. That file
comes with no warranty. :-)
