Same here with the MPower BT. I finally ended up getting the
tutorial with my PC because I could download one file, and the
next file would give the the "failed to download" or "unknown
URL" message. Maybe the temp folder isn't being cleared out or
something? We'll definitely need a patch for this.

Hi Stacey and List,
I can absolutely verify this bug. I have a BN QT 32. I've
noticed the problem on Bookshare, IF-Archive, and other sites. I
am able to download one file, but any subsequent attempt results
in the "failed to download" message, sometimes followed by
"unknown URL". I can download another file by performing a
simple reset, but it's very annoying to have to reset twelve
times to download twelve files. <Grin> If there is any kind of
work-around, I'd love to know of it.
Thanks,
Sarah

Subject: [Braillenote] Major bug
Hi all,
I'm really having an issue with the failed to download message
with my vnqt mpower. Each time I want to download a book from
bookshare I get the failed to download message which means I've
gotten part of the book. This counts as one book on booksahre.
I have to disconect from the net and do a j k l reset in order to
get the book properly.
Could there be a patch done to fix this issue?
Thanks for your time.
Stacey and Amigo
