I think the plug size for the BrailleNote adapter is a slightly less normal size, so you may have more trouble matching the size of the plug than you will matching the power specifications. There are adapters with the same size out there, however, so it isn't hopeless. Only experience tells you that, since the plug size inside and out isn't something they bother to put on adapters. I know this because I was trying to find an adapter for a keynote gold hardware synthesizer I found on ebay, and the BrailleNote's adapter worked until I could find another one. I didn't write the power specifications because I didn't write them downfor myself, instead I had someone else write them down and look for an adapter for me.
