Hello Christopher, Firstly, the list is not set up for instant communication with Humanware staff. While we obviously try to be responsive and in this case we haven't been, it is not always possible with other work related commitments. The list is run for BrailleNote users to share tips and suggestions and Humanware, as you will know, monitor this list, taking all feedback into account and responding to it when we are able. We have no reason to hide any information from you or the list so yes, you are permitted to know what was fixed in KeySoft. Before I get to that, queries are not necessarily answered in order but due to the amount of emails even though they are all read, they have to be prioritised and sometimes we have the answers immediately available while with others, we may have to do some major research to find the answers or get the information required. Please also keep in mind that some of us have been working extra time, some of us working in the middle of the night and while on holiday and during weekends.
Regarding the list of fixes, I need to go through it and send information that is relevant and will make some sense to BrailleNote users. Many things on the list are connected with the new functionality and relevant issues that we've fixed since the release of KeySoft 7, making it no longer relevant while other information from the list will not mean anything to you unless you're playing with the internals of your BrailleNote. Therefore, this is not a five minute job. However, it will be sent to the list later this week or early next week as you have requested.
