Hi Kim, I'm pretty sure no one has replied to this message. It gets a little confusing when you receive some email at home and some at work.
The line spacing is set in the format/layout menu and the new layout is implemented from where the cursor is to either the end of the document or till the next layout change (marker) in the document. You can also change the default when setting this option - backspace s on a BT. I can't think of the QT command right now but then it's 3 in the morning here. However if you have a QT, it will be in the help when changing that setting. Finally, if you want to change this during translation of the document, you will need to go into the ink print settings, (also in the format menu) if in a Braille document or Braille settings if in a text document. The layout menu option which is seen in the format menu will only change the format aplicable to the file you are in, (Braille or print). Let me know if you require further clarification.
