Hi Jain and others;
To prevent writing all e-mails each time, couldn't she make a data base, like
on a computer and give it a name. When she would type in the name in the to:
section, the e-mail would go to all the people in the database.
Ex.
nci dccps tcrb grp
The e-mails would go to all employees in TCRB. This is Tobacco Control Research
Branch, where I work.
Hopefully someone can help you with this task. It would prevent a lot of
repeditive typing if you are going to send to the group, again and again.
Good luck.
Terry Powers

  So I could send a copy to my in the to field, and put everyone
else in the BCC fields. Neat to know. But will each person get
the message addressed to hm/herself then?
