What do you mean by support imformation mode commands?  
Is this like battery status?

This is Joseph. The commands for Support Information
Mode can be found on the Chapter 2 of the User Guide
under battery topics and recalibrating topics. I hope
this information may help you.
p.s. I've looked on the mPower's User Guide on the
HumanWare site today. That's where I've got the
information from.
