Hi, I have tried this in the word processor and don't have a problem getting
the power status. I have a classic Braille note with keysoft 7.0.

Hi Dean,

I have noticed this same behavior in a couple more areas in Keysoft. When
in the InBox of Keymail, while on either the subject, from, or date fields,
read+escape does nothing. If I arrow down to the "to" field, or the date
field under that, the command works. Also, If I arrow down through the list
of fields, back up, back down, then back up, then the command works. BTW,
this is also the case with the commands for turning the volume up and down.
I hope this makes sense.

Thank you,

Sarah

Thanks Stacey, we'll look into this one and log it in our database.
