Hi Isaac;
Thanks for a good description. I have a rather dumb question. when we send
our units in for anything, any imfo we want to include, should it be in
braille, print or both.
Also I am getting my transplant through a dealer. should I send a copy of the
receipt of payment?
any imfo you can give me will help. Even any packing imfo. I have bought some
bubble wrap to send it in and am planning to use Fedex from my office. It will
come back to my office.

Rose and list,
You always need an R M A !!!
R M A
means return merchandise authorization number! this tells them whose
sending and why. Without this authorization, yes, it couls sit in
somebody's office for possibly years! it could get buried under a pile of
papers.....
R M A
always remember that.. Never return merchandise without this number and it
must be clearly stenciled on the outside of the box as well as on a piece
of paper with your information, name, address, phone number....
