This is Joseph. The keylist.cdb file is a hidden file. You need to use the file mode, (list of all, including hidden files in xx folder," where xx is the folder name. For deleting those three folders: I believe that you should delete the folders from your PC using either a card reader or using ActiveSync. I hope this information may help you.
