I too appreciate Tom starting this thread. I think the BN family
is awsome and a wonderful product. I want to thank the staff of
Humanware for creating such a wonderful device, however, I wish
the Word processor was better supported. I recently needed a
phone number which was in a Microsoft Word document that I
created on my PC and then saved to a jump drive. I went to open
this file and I could get to the folder and see the file I wanted
to open but when I pressed enter on the file name it just beeped
and would not open. I needed this number for an appointment and
could not get it. I was truley frustrated that it would not
open. I hope that there will bee better support in the next
releases of Keysoft.
