I tried that as well. Although under my device manager Bluetooth Serial
port is under Com 4 and 5. I've tried both. I'm wondering if it's a
Belkin issue for me.

This is Joseph. You need to specify the com port number which
the Bluetooth adapter is connected to e.g. Com 3. This has to be done on
the PC end. From ActiveSync window, open File menu, and type c. On the
drop down list box, select the com port to which the Bluetooth adapter
is listed (this procedure cannot be done if you don't check the box that
says, "allow serial or USB connection to this computer" checkbox. So you
should check it.) Then it'll work fine. I hope this information may help
you.

Subject: [Braillenote] Bluetooth

I bought a bluetiith dongle for my PC and installed. I paired the PC
with the VoiceNote. Now the VoiceNote sees the PC and the PC sees the
VpoceNore. The PC thinks the VoiceNote has no services and the VoiceNote
thinks the PC has Active sync active.

However I cannot get through the ActiveSync setup wizard on the PC.
ActiveSyc cannot find the device.

I have set up the VoiceNote to do activesync via bluetooth.

Any suggestions? The manual is a nightmare with bits and pieces
relating to this scattered all over the shop.
