Hello, all. I have a disturbing problem that I can't seem to solve. I have now upgraded to KeySoft 7, running on a classic BrailleNote, and I have obtained the necessary wireless network card so that I might surf the net and check and send email. Here is the issue. When using my BrailleNote with Bookshare, I am able to download books from the site just fine. What happens is this. When I go to unpack the book on my BrailleNote, it tells me that I have an invalid password. It doesn't do it all the time, but certainly more thimes than not, I get the invalid password error. This is definitely not the case, as I am able to log into Bookshare just fine, and I can unpack all day long on my laptop. I have tried numerous resets, have removed and replaced the card, have tried putting the compact flash network card into my PC card adapter and then placing it into the side slot, and other things that should be obvious. Can anyone help at all? Is anyone else seeing this behavior? Thanks for any responses.
