Yes but you shouldn't have to do that. And it's not just limited to bookshare files, it's any files that you try to download. Plus I still have times when the online catalog page from web braille won't load. It says "please wait" and just sits there. If you do an H chord, it says that it's 100 percent complete, and to press e chord to cancel loading.
