I have no problems logging in. Try deleting the E-mail address shown and rewriting it. Aso make sure there is nothing in the password field already. Usually when people have trouble logging in to bookshare when using a computer it is a problem with a stored password or cookie, but I'm not sure the same problem could be caused on a BrailleNote. If all else fails send a message to bookshare explaining that you can't log in any more.
I have had problems downloading more than one file without a reset, but today I downloaded three in a row without a problem, who knows why. :-) I did check to make sure they didn't give a password error when opened as well, and they did not.
