Hi, Jean Couldn't resist answering this, (even though I know it's OT) as I *so* agree with Terry! When I worked as an Administrator some 16 years ago, my one and only tool was WordPerfect 5.1. Now *that* is a powerful programme. It was non-visual enough and technical enough to assume that a competent typist had some level of brain-power. I could even use graphics with it. For me, Word is always going to be like speaking a foreign language.
