HI Jim,
If you hold down the function key and tap letter s you should be
able to cycle between the applications.
If that doesn't work, try function+o to go to the options menu,
then letter m and then press initial letter of application that
you want to open.
For instance, if you are in the games and you want to look at
email, you would go to options then hit letter m and then letter
e.
