I don't know that I have found a perfect solution to the errors
some of us have been getting in E-mail sending and receiving.
From the Main Menu, I went to KeyWord. I then went to the flash
drive, and to the Dictionary folder. I entered. If you go to
the "list of files" prompt, press Space with X, (read with X to
see all files. If you go down to the keysoft dot ksaid file,
press Backspace C, (Ctrl I). You'll be asked if you're sure you
want to erase that file. Press Y for yes. Don't go to the Main
Menu, do a reset right there. Know that everything goes back to
default, so you'll need to go into options and set it up like it
was. It seems to be working so far.
