You said you spoke with Tech Support. Since I don't know what
they told you, I'll make a stab at it. You said what they told
you didn't work. I'm not real sure of your question, and it
might help to know what information was given. Anyway, here
goes, and I hope it's what you're asking.
You could either send an email to yourself with attachments, and
print off what you need, or send them to someone else. Cdb files
are hidden, so I'm not sure of another solution. After you have
written the subject line, you'll be asked if you would like to
attach a file to the document. Press Y when you are asked if you
want to attach a file. You will be asked what folder you want to
attach a file from, so hit space until you find keybase, then
press Enter. Choose the database you wish to send and press
Enter. You will be prompted, "attach another file?" You will
want to press Y again, since the first file you attached was only
the database definition. You now need to attach the file that
contains your records. Follow the same procedure, but before you
will be able to see the database file that holds your records you
will need to press Space with X, (read with X), if you have a QT
keyboard, until it says "list of all including hidden". Choose
the Cdb file with the same name as the definition file you
attached and press enter.
