Ray, Yes, I have had that problem of the MPower just going dead as you discribe. I have keysoft 7 and still experience a lot of freeze-ups, but keysoft 6.2 build 25 was supposed to fix some type of freeze-up problems. If you have a build earlier than 25 maybe you should update and see if it helps.
