Hi Malaina: I don't have an M Power, but this may get you a start.
The FM Radio is accessed from the Media Center menu found on the Main Menu. You can go directly to it from anywhere in KeySoft by pressing Backspace with Function with F. The default frequency range is between 87.5 MHz and 108 MHz. When you first tune the radio in, it is set on 87.5 by default. More than likely, there isn't a station there, you probably will hear a little hissing sound. You need headphones plugged in, because they act as an antenna. You can listen to the radio either via headphones or the speaker. To listen to the radio via the speaker instead of through your headphones, press FUNCTION with L. This is a toggle command; in other words it will alternate between the headphones and the speaker each time you press Function with L.
