I already have 3.8, but wanted to try again to download it, just to see what would happen. And, when I tried just now, I also got that agreement form. I have had mixed results with 4.1 and would prefer to use 3.8, but I have had the devil of a time trying to download 3.8, as I keep getting the agreement form instead of the program itself.
