I don;t know about Braille but if you have a BraillNote then I guess text files would be ok? There nay be several sources of these but in the United Kingdom there is Talking Newspapers. These used to be audio cassette only hence the name but now do text files either downloadable from their website or sent to you as email attachments as they come in. They have a range of daily, weekly newspapers and magazines.
I have not subscrobed this year but last year ot was 40 english pounds per year for a set number of audio cassette publications or any number of text file publications.
