This is Joseph. .sys files are system files. You need to install drivers that are compatible with Windows CE operating system. One more thing to consider: because of the CPU differences, you need to install drivers that are compiatible with MIPS on Classic units, and on the PK and mPower, you need to install drivers that are compatible with the ARM processor. I hope this information may help you. P.S. Most Drivers these days has file extension of .dll. .sys file format is used for files that are system-specific e.g. booting, system initialization, etc. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Blake Sinnett" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

Subject: [Braillenote] driver enquiries

I thought DLL's were dynamic link libraries, and drivers were .sys files. Of course this is windows® CE, so things may be different. I have a quick question. Which version of the driver should be installed? Is there a specific driver for the Windows® CE operating system?
