Hi Nicole: Regarding the e-mail, it is stored in a database file called "Email Folders.cdb" in the keylist folder. You can do the following to verify it is there:
1. Go to file manager. 2. Push "d" for directory. 3. When asked for a folder name, hit space bar to bring up the list of folders. When the list comes up, press "k" until you hear the Braillenote say "keylist." 4. Hit enter on the keylist folder. You'll hear the Braillenote say "List of files in Keylist folder." 5. If using a Braillenote BT, hold down the space bar and press dots 1-3-4-6. This is called an "x" chord. On a QT, hold down the read key and press X. In either case. You'll want to hear the Braillenote say something about all files. 6. When you hear that, hit space bar and go through the list of files. You should have a file called "email folders.cdb."
